Expertise where technology, law and business meet

We take on what is hardest: questions where no single supplier, lawyer or developer owns the whole answer. Below is what we do, what you get and the questions we usually solve.

01 — Software architecture

Software architecture & technology strategy

Architecture is not about diagrams. It is about how quickly you can change the business without costs running away. We review what you have, find what is slowing you down and propose a structure that lasts – and that can be delivered on the budget you actually have.

Common symptoms: integrations that do not work, stock that does not sync between storefront, warehouse and finance, and accounts that do not add up. It is rarely the technology that is weak – it is the data flows between systems that were never built to last.

What we do

  • Architecture review of existing systems
  • Target architecture and a prioritised roadmap
  • Modernisation of legacy systems, step by step
  • Cloud strategy, operations and cost optimisation
  • Integrations, APIs and data flows
  • Technical due diligence before an acquisition or investment

What you get

Current-state analysis, target architecture, prioritised roadmap, cost estimate and decision material that works both in the management team and in the development team.

02 — Artificial intelligence

AI strategy, the AI Act & implementation

AI is easy to demonstrate and hard to run in production. We help you find the use cases that actually help, get data and integrations in order – and meet the AI Act before the supervisory authority catches up.

We work with the latest advances – large language models, AI agents and retrieval augmented generation – and with the question that usually follows: how is this used securely, traceably and profitably in our business?

What we do

  • Mapping use cases and their potential value
  • Roles and risk classification under the EU AI Act
  • AI policy, guidelines and routines for employees
  • Data, quality and documentation readiness
  • Model and supplier selection – including in-house models
  • Integration into existing systems with human oversight
  • Training for management, sales, HR and developers

What you get

An AI strategy with prioritised use cases, risk classification and documentation, an AI policy, an evaluation framework and a technical pilot you can measure.

03 — Data protection

GDPR & data protection

Most companies have a record and a policy. Fewer have routines that employees actually follow. We build data protection where it makes a difference: in the systems, in the agreements and in the processes where personal data is handled every day.

What we do

  • Records of processing activities and legal basis
  • Data protection impact assessments (DPIA) and balancing tests
  • Processor agreements and transfers to third countries
  • Routines for data subject rights
  • Incident handling and notification within 72 hours
  • Privacy by design in new systems and projects
  • Supplier assessments and day-to-day training

What you get

Records, policies, contract templates, DPIAs, incident routines and training material – plus a short report to management on the current state and remaining risks.

Urgent: personal data breach and the 72-hour deadline (in Swedish)

04 — Information security

Information security & CISO

Security is not a product you buy, but a way of working that you lead. We have built security work from the most basic principles to the CISO role – with risk analysis, controls, incident preparedness and reporting that management and boards understand.

What we do

  • Management systems for information security (ISO 27001, NIS2)
  • Risk analysis, control plans and prioritisation
  • Incident preparedness, exercises and crisis management
  • Identity, access and permission management
  • Security in the development and supplier chain
  • Internal audit and preparation for certification
  • Reporting to management and the board

What you get

A risk register, control plan, contingency plan, a meeting structure for security work and a reporting package that holds up in the boardroom.

05 — Technical leadership

Interim CTO, CISO & technical leadership

Sometimes the technical voice is missing in the management team – during a recruitment, before a major decision or in the middle of a change. We step in as interim CTO, CISO or chief architect and take responsibility for the whole picture between teams, suppliers, budget and business.

What we do

  • Interim CTO, CISO or chief architect
  • Recruitment support: role profile, interviews, assessment
  • Procurement and supplier management
  • Team coaching, ways of working and delivery capability
  • Budget, roadmap and prioritisation
  • Technical due diligence and board work

What you get

An experienced technical leader on site to the extent you need – with a clear handover to your own organisation or to the next hire.

06 — Digital business

Web, e-commerce & apps

We have built and run e-commerce and digital services in production – including linneelektronik.com. We know what it takes for a store to sell and a site to rank, and we know the difference between a launch and something that keeps working.

What we do

  • Platform selection, procurement and contract review
  • Integrations to ERP, payment, logistics and product data
  • Purchase flow, checkout and conversion work
  • Search visibility, measurement and continuous improvement
  • Data protection, agreements and routines in daily operations

What you get

A platform you can manage, integrations that hold, a measurement setup that answers whether it is working – and routines that keep the site compliant after launch.

Public funding: in Västra Götaland, the regional Digitaliseringscheck can cover up to 50 per cent of an external consultant's work, up to SEK 250,000 – though not website or platform development. Automation, data, AI and security assessments can qualify. We help you assess it. Read more (in Swedish).
