Sound familiar?

Problems that once were problems are no longer a problem

Integrations that do not work, stock that does not sync, or accounts that do not add up? It is rarely technology that is missing – it is the data flows between systems that were never built to last.

    Integrations that fail

Orders that disappear, customers registered twice, or manual fixes every morning. We map the flow, find where it breaks and rebuild it so you can rely on it.

    Stock that does not sync

Balances that differ between storefront, warehouse and finance – and salespeople promising goods that are not there. We review item data, inventory and the flows between systems.

Accounts that do not add up

Orders, invoices and bookkeeping that never meet, and reconciliations done by hand every month. We get the underlying data right, all the way through.

The purchase flow is your most profitable surface

We have built and run linneelektronik.com from scratch. Here is how we work with purchase flow, pricing, inventory, compliance, customer service and new markets.

Purchase flow & conversion

Every step has a measurement point – and a common reason why the customer leaves.

Pricing & margin

Systematic pricing instead of gut feeling, with margin control per product and channel.

Inventory & integrations

Item data, stock and the flows between ERP, storefront, logistics and finance.

Compliance

The parts of consumer law and GDPR that are actually reviewed – plus the AI Act where it applies.

Customer service & telephony

Opening hours, queues, voicemail, SMS to the store and external service partners.

New markets: EU & Norway

VAT, shipping, returns and local payment methods, without the chaos.

Urgent

Something is already on fire?

A supervision letter from the Swedish data protection authority, a personal data breach, an attack in progress or a customer demanding answers about security. The deadlines are short, and the first day decides the outcome.

What we do first: establish what has actually happened, which deadlines apply – 24 hours, 72 hours or none – and what has to be done before the other side asks again. Then we write the report, the response or the customer letter together with you.

Our detailed crisis guides – IMY supervision, data breaches, IT attacks, NIS2 reporting – are currently available in Swedish: akut hjälp.

Questions & answers

What people ask us

What does a first meeting look like?

45 minutes, free of charge and with no obligation. You describe your business and where it hurts, and we give you at least one concrete action to take away. If we are not the right help, we say so.

Do you work in English?

Yes. All work can be delivered in English, and this site has an English version. Reports, policies and documentation can be produced in either language.

Can the work be publicly funded?

Sometimes. In Västra Götaland, the regional Digitaliseringscheck can cover up to 50 per cent of an external consultant's work, up to SEK 250,000. We help you assess eligibility and prepare the application. Read more in Swedish on digitaliseringscheck.

Do you replace a lawyer?

No. We are not lawyers. For legal assessments we work alongside your lawyer or counsel – we bring the technical facts, the documentation and the implementation, they bring the legal judgement.

How do you handle our data?

Under a processor agreement, on systems you control, and only for what the assignment requires. This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. See our privacy policy.
